You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched — usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
Standard UK delivery takes 7–15 business days. If your order was shipped from our UK warehouse, expect 3–7 days.
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, please contact us.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
