Orders & payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add the products you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@vitanest.co.uk as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched — but we'll always do our best.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes, completely. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal, both of which use industry-standard SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder and add hello@vitanest.co.uk to your safe senders list.


Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also ship to the EU and internationally — see our Shipping Policy for full details.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from dispatch. Where possible, we use UK warehouse stock which delivers in 3–7 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can follow it every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard delivery is £2.99 on orders under £50. Orders over £50 qualify for FREE delivery. Express delivery (2–5 days) is available for £5.99.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel directly with the carrier. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@vitanest.co.uk with your order number. We'll investigate immediately and arrange a replacement or full refund.


Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a full refund — no questions asked.

How do I return an item?

Simply email us at hello@vitanest.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with simple return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been issued.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@vitanest.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.

Are your products safe to use?

All VitaNest products are designed for general wellness and personal use. However, we recommend consulting your GP before using any of our electrical therapy products if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, have epilepsy, or have any open skin wounds or serious medical conditions.

How do I use the products?

Each product comes with a user manual. You can also find video guides and tips on our VitaNest Journal. If you have any questions about using a specific product, email us and we'll help.

What's the warranty on your products?

All products are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.

Can I use the LAUNCH20 discount code?
