We want to be completely upfront about how and when your VitaNest order will arrive. No surprises.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, complete with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery times

Standard delivery to the UK typically takes 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Where possible, we ship from UK-based warehouses which can reduce delivery to 3–7 days — we’ll always aim for the fastest available option for your order.

During busy periods such as Christmas or bank holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. We’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend, no hidden charges.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the carrier. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us and we’ll look into it straight away.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please get in touch and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
