30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund — no questions asked. We mean that. We won’t ask you to explain yourself or jump through hoops. If it’s not right for you, we’ll refund you in full.

How to start a return

Simply email us at hello@vitanest.co.uk with your order number and let us know you’d like to return your item. We’ll reply within 24 hours with simple instructions.

Condition of returned items

We ask that items be returned in their original packaging where possible. If the item is damaged or defective — that’s absolutely covered and we’ll sort it immediately, no return needed.

Refund timeline

Once we confirm your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirming this.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send us a photo and we’ll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.
